WHEN
Website "Veritas", www.veritas.com.mk in a cyberspace of Macedonia has appeared on 13 of April 2001, day known as Goot Friday. According to the Bible, on this day the Truth was crucified, where the name of the magazine is coming from. These past years, it has given a picture of the current situation in and with Macedonia

WHO
Many of journalists, from almost all of the media publishing houses, took place in this site, no difference which political option present or editorial politics they were realising. They were writing by their own seeing, about occurrence by their choice, analysing and evaluating, giving their own interpretation about occurrence in past years. |

WHY
The purpose of "Veritas" is: helping the constructing of open society and always to announce the whole truth about Macedonia, in a present and future as well as in the past. Respecting its slogan -the comments are free, but facts are saint- it is trying to provoke a concept for making compromise in environment as Macedonia.

WHAT
Its attitude is that the truth about occurrence in Macedonia, ones, now and ever, could be known only if the free mind as well as many public and secret archives and actual information will not be kept back and if they will be announced to the various opposed groups that live inside or outside of Macedonia. "Veritas" is supporting for all that opinions of those “groups" to be found on same place. Also is pleading for representing various believes of one information.

HOW
Objective information should be available to whoever needs it, also to ones that place misinformation. Considering the limited number of Internet users, "Veritas" appeals to: intellectuals that abstain of public comments, journalists that don't agree with posture of media that they work for, political subjects, state institutions and authorities which give information, common users of internet, as well as common public which is the main critical strength. |
STRATEGY
Project "Veritas" is the first of this kind in Macedonia, cause it appears as independent journalists' work. However, its strategy is to grow up in classic electronic newspaper. Having the “light-motive" fight against mediocrity frames and carrying strictly independent and free mind, "Veritas" doesn't doubt that would be always accepted by visitors with same goals and would be supported by people that plead for open association.
